2008 Texas Rose Festival Painting Series

My work will be at Caffe Tazza from October 16th- 22nd. I am so excited to show everyone this fun show to celebrate the 2008 Rose Festival!No idea why the colors never seem to work for me in the invites....

Everything's Coming Up Roses!

Save the Date! The Texas Rose Festival Show will kick off on October 10th with a joint rose art show including me and several other Caffe Tazza artists, and then on October 16th my full 2008 Texas Rose Festival Series of Paintings will be on display at Caffe Tazza until the 22nd. San Francisco Photos

One of my new favorite places in San Francisco is their Farmer's Market. I wish Tyler had one half as nice! It was right on the water, and I have never seen so many fresh fruit, flower and veggie vendors in all my life- and most were organic! I took some photos that I plan to paint from at a later date. Here are a few of my favorites. Enjoy!
P.S. If anyone would like professional prints of these or any other photos I post let me know. I think I'll charge $10.00 for an 8x10 photo and $6.00 for 5x7. E-mail me on other sizes. August 2008 Show at Caffe Tazza

Last Thursday's show was wonderful! Thank you so much for the support! The wonderful Caffe Tazza said it was their best turnout yet! I couldn't be happier!!!

In other news... a lovely anonymous person purchased an artist booth for me at next weekend's Festival on the Square in Tyler! So, I will be showing my work there, and have the very fun 12x12 Square Art Show Saturday night!
